Expo General Setup window

From Exposition, select Set up an exposition, double-click an exposition, click More, and select General

Scale of Measurement

Select the unit of measure: Feet or Meters.

Booth Length

Enter the default booth length for the exposition booth products.

Booth Width

Enter the default booth width for the exposition booth products.

Free Passes per Unit

Enter the number of free passes designated for each booth (unit).

Maximum Free Passes

Enter the maximum number of free passes regardless of booth units ordered. The maximum number of free passes should be equal to or greater than the number of passes entered in the Free Passes per Unit field. Passes do not display on the Badges window if zero is entered as the maximum.

Down Payment Pctg

Enter the default down-payment percentage that appears on the Payment Schedule window. This is informational only and does not interface with AR/Cash.

Number of Payments

Enter the default number of payments that appears on the Payment Schedule window. This is informational only and does not interface with AR/Cash.

Default Payment Dates

Enter the default dates for the payment schedule of the exposition. This is informational only and does not interface with AR/Cash.

To define general exposition options

1.  Open the Expo General Setup window:

□    From Exposition, select Set up an exposition, and double-click an exposition to open the Set up an exposition window (second instance).

□    Click More and select General.

2.  Click Edit.

3.  Enter the setup information.

4.  Click Save.
